The entire format is flawed, communities like this do not work. Can you think of any group that has thousands of people talking over each other that comes up with anything meaningful? We have Robert's Rules or Order, which are incredibly oppressive and rigid, just to try and have a functional conversation in a body of roughly 500 members.
