Occupy the Congress, prevent the EC vote, and allow it to go to contingent election in the House because they are unable to even hold the EC vote due to what's going on in DC.

That is the best plan, in my opinion. It's occupy, so generally non-violent, no shooting, and if we can't win in the House in a contingent election, then we were never going to win in the first place.

They only have to meet in the capitol building if the other house doesn’t consent.

Then it's pretty much lost already because no enough Senators are going to be on board. We can forego any other planning.
