To me, looks like the RV exploded and moved away from AT&T into the crusty/dirty-roofed building across the street. Must have destroyed at least 2/3 the face of that building (which may have still housed a costume jewelry store and tattoo parlor) right then. In the video of the woman recording with her phone as she's walking to the site from the open parking lot, she gasps as the remaining 1/3-or-so of that building's front suddenly comes down. Also I think the missile video (with the light posts) was a projectile launched from the explosion instead. Couldn't see a missile trail in survelliance video because the explosion flash hid things for that moment. Looks like a lot of tire pieces where flung out, too. (Sources: surveillance cam video, woman/open parking-lot-intersection video, cop/batman-building-intersection video, missile-between-light-posts video, and map app on phone.)
The thing is, it's healthy to question everything. Even if it means entertaining the notion the RV didn't explode. If it doesn't hold up to scrutiny, then fine, eliminate that as possible explanation. The thing is, 2016 opened my eyes you can't believe anything or anyone at face value anymore.
