With something, or someone truly genius...you don't get it for free. There's a cost. With Trump we got truth--but we 'lost' the Republic.
Secondly, Trumps a seducer--but he throws most people (weaker) under the bus. So many people believed in Trump, invested their time and resources, only to find that the expectations didn't materialize. Senators will realize that there's no upside backing Trump, at this late stage. The game has been fixed. They've got the rest of their 'careers' to get through while Trump simply disappears; never to be seen (politically) again. That being said, the Base will always remember them for siding with Trump at the death...but with Dominion (i.e Deep State) determining the vote; does it matter anymore?

Up until March 9 Covid was "another Democratic hoax" and "just the flu" etc. Then 4 days latyer he declares a National Emergency and then two weeks after that signs off on a record $2.2 TRILLION 'relief' package (full of pork) that had about 3000 sections.
A report that must have been in the works for months that Trump knew about while stringing everyone along; or at least properly vetted for several months. Not rushed through overnight. We've been played...by Trump; dutifully standing next to Fauci .
