Is this the same theory that used the wrong registered voters number to come to this conclusion?

I seem to recall there being like 240mn reg voters this time

240 million registered voters would be an increase of 90 million from 2018. A spike of that size would be unprecedented in all of ever.

Physically impossible without illegals voting

Jefferson County Colorado only got 90% out to vote. Slackers!

This one seems to be using newer data. The first one going around used data from 2016. And I haven't heard anything about 240 million registered voters.

So as usual, when this fraud was originally uncovered, the shills deboonked it with lies, and got eyes off it, when it's the most obvious and irrefutable proof of massive widespread fraud other than 15million people admitting in court that they voted twice.

More like someone(Dominion) voting twice on behalf of 15 million voters

It was 239 million and some change ELIGIBLE VOTERS for the 2020 cycle.

I'm fuzzy on whether that means eligible to vote and either registered or unregistered (basically they are old enough and hadn't lost there right to vote) or actual registered voters. I'm inclined to think it's the first scenario though.

Eligible means they are able to vote, if it said registered that would be a different story as that means they can vote.

Confirmed. This is the latest data. He posted the link in that tweet

If it is 240 numbers still don't add up.

240*0.66=158.4

74+81 =/= 158.4

Unless the other 3.4 Million votes are all third party candidates, the numbers do not add up.
