Actually, it has. If you read through the reply threads, the gentleman in question admitted he confused the numbers. His math is wrong.

Yup, not everyone who is eligible to vote registers to vote, and not everyone who registers to vote actually votes.

With 212Million registered voters

66% of eligible voters cast a vote. Using 66% for something else like registered voters is bad, something on the level of what fake news CNN does to fudge the numbers and push a narrative, except I would assume CNN does it on purpose while this was probably just a mistake.
