I know only one transperson (who transitioned FtoM). The internal organs required for birthing were surgically removed. Like that was the whole point - he did not want to menstruate. This was done after puberty (i.e. first blood) but before adulthood (< 18yo).
Regrets and hospitalization for depression (including voluntary electro-shock therapy) came later.
I know a FtM (not sure how she's doing), and I knew a MtF that I had to unfollow after he posted a nude on instagram post boom surgery. Luckily it was covering the moobs and the fake hole with hands/legs. Not sure if he's still alive.
