The majority of women in the mom groups i'm in really dislike it when someone refers to their baby as the wrong gender and have to dress the babies in pink/blue, etc.. which is just an honest mistake most of the time - hard to tell with babies! So if mothers get so upset from just that, do you think they'll like having their one discerning role taken from them?

Also you're not supposed to take anything that can mess with your hormones during pregnancy, and F-M trans people are on a ton of testosterone..wtf would that do to a fetus??
