This person has shown his character to be vindictive to the extent of plotting YEARS to take an enemy down for a perceived verbal slight that, as far as I can tell, was not personally directed at him.
This kid is (in the vernacular) a "loose cannon" and NOBODY wants one of these in their corporation lest that vindictive plotting nature be turned against the company. How could you trust him with company secrets? He might sell them to a competitor if angered. That's only one example of what a loose cannon is capable of and why someone with a known history of being one gets his resume immediately put in the circular file (the garbage can).
So Jimmy Galligan thinks he's clever because he "got her"-- he got himself too, but doesn't realize it yet. NOBODY will trust this kid enough to hire him to work for them. The Internet is foever and personnel departments run Internet checks.
That's more than a SJW -- that's a character trait you wouldn't want to have to deal with long term. I hired a lot of employees in my time but never would I pick someone I felt had the potential to shiv me or anyone else in the back first chance they got for some long ago imagined slight. I don't think my perspective is that unique either. I also didn't tend to pick people who were too opinionated politically as they caused contention between employees. If the atmosphere at work is contentious -- it's not a good working environment. So I took a lot of things into consideration before making a final choice.
