Some states had LARPers show up at the capitol, but in order for those votes to count the Legislature of those states would have to vote to appoint them, none did. You can check for yourself on the National Archives, if there was more than set of electors they would be posted here for each State: https://www.archives.gov/electoral-college/2020. These are the electors that will be given to Pence.

Who determines state electorates according to the Constitution? None of the legislatures voted on them. The Trump electors have as much standing as the Biden electors.

The legislatures established the laws for voting, they do not actually vote to choose the electors directly. Trump's team has been trying to get the legislatures to meet and name the electors for Trump due to the fraud, but none have successfully done that as of now.
Each state is different, but they each followed the laws in effect and followed the US Code and sent their slate of electors to the archivist and they have been recorded.
The path to victory is to DENY Biden the 270 by challenging the electors from these states on January 6th.
