Some republicans have come out and say they contest the results, the calls and mails did contribute to that in my opinion, which in the end is not wasting that time.
Why? The judge told you you have the right to enforce your subpoena so DO IT! STOP TRYING TO SHIRK YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND CALL THE DAMN SHERIFF
