That photo was angled out for this photo. If you look at the frame next to it, it is angled as one would expect: out towards the desk. But Trump's father is angled away from the desk and towards the photographer.
And behind his father a wonderful statuette of Teddy Roosevelt, the Bull Moose himself.
I love this... That little boy has his undivided attention. No phone, no other distractions.

You can tell he and his little brother have Trump blood running through their veins. The bigger one is distracting Grampa Trump while the little one is sneaking to the top of the chair to pounce when Grampa least expects it.
Of course Grampa Trump is playing with them to teach them a valuable lesson. He knows full well the younger one is going to pull the old Airborne "death from above" trick because he's always situationally aware. Grampa is about to give the Airborne one a Koala Clutch and simultaneously the bigger one an atomic wedgie. The valuable lesson? You can't stump the Trump!
