So I was looking at our recent growth over at Alexa and happened to notice a category of numbers that immediately stood out to me and made me go "wait, really?". 4 categories that are as follows...
Daily page views per visitor: 8.61
Average daily time on site per visitor:14:51
Bounce rate (people who come here for one post then leave): 22.8%
Total sites linking In: 67
Those numbers are quite frankly very impressive and what it essentially tells us is that there is an actual community here, a very large one. Now you might be asking "But Fresh Friggy, how does that compare to other sites?". Well I'm glad you asked, lets take a look at those same statistics for reddit currently ranked 18th worldwide and 7th in the United States.....
Daily page views per visitor: 4.40
Average daily time on site per visitor: 5:33
Bounce rate (people who come here for one post then leave): 43.7%
Total sites linking in: 163,041
Could you imagine what our traffic would be like if we had 163k other sites linking to us instead of them hiding and suppressing our links to the site? What this number means is that the people who come here do so intentionally, they have made an actual effort to come. Where over at reddit it seems a lot of their traffic is coming from people who never set out to go there but ended up there because someone else told them to go there and once they got there they quickly left.
The people that come to thedonald.win however come intentionally then tend to settle in and look around for a bit.
I think these numbers is something that everyone who has helped make this place successful should be proud of. You have built a strong, loyal and passionate community and its something that I'm certainly proud to be a part of. Keep doing what you're doing, because you are indeed winning.
Thanks OP, this was Friggin' Fresh ;)
lol, cheers!
