Hypothetically speaking, if we cannot sue the manufacturer of a vaccine for potential side effects we may suffer, but our employer mandates that we receive it, and we then suffer serious detrimental harm from taking it, can we then sue our employer for mandating something with potentially harmful side effects that the destroy our ability to work or live in normlacy?

E.t.a.: I will not be taking it regardless of the situation.

the reason being applied is, if you don't like the empolyer's policy, you can find another job. Their job, their rules, in general.

I dont know if that is a full law yet. But I have little doubt they will be inflicting such mandates over the coof.

I think it's a nurse union mandate negotiated with the hospitals.

The leading woman in that fight committed suicide a few weeks ago.

After publicly stating she was not suicidal or depressed.

I guess a more relevant example for the question is, an employer can require a valid drivers license as a condition of employment. They can also require you to take physicals, drug tests, meet certain physical requirements, etc. All under the guise of - at will and/or safety.

Obviously most places are at-will states

Not for long. Unless a miracle happens on Jan 6th, the incoming Commander-in-Thief will be making the COVID vaccine mandatory by this time next year.

That house of cards is based on the assumption that ex-employees won't simply kill their former employers for firing them wrongfully though. If that happened enough, them employers wouldn't dare think about mandating their employees receive "vaccines" (or wear masks either)

TLDR: Employer mandated vaccines can be stopped with violence.

They were covering this today on Newsmax....a business cannot force you to get a vaccination.
