The step after Pence does this is the Supreme Court... You do realize this?
It is..and..if you think about it..u might see rationale behind SC not taking case..because there is already a constitutional solution of rejecting disputed electors. It does put the burden on pence to act though.
But hey..if it was good enough for thomas jefferson to elect himself..it should be good enough for pence to elect trump. We'll see

Mike Pence: "Really? I cleared my schedule for January 6."
Surely it can't all lay on Pence like this. Trump is sitting on evidence that goes beyond what we've seen so far and he's got to drop the nuke so all the pressure isn't on Pence.
