You can spot them, they make an appeal to you, then try to persuade you to do something against your interest. Shit I'm seeing:
-
"I don't want us to discredit ourselves by citing ____ as a source."
-
"I don't want us to discredit ourselves with stupid conspiracy theories"
-
"There's so many doomers and shills here, I'm going to stop visiting."
-
"The glowies want you to do that, so don't do that."
-
"I was very skeptical about the vaccine, but I decided to take it anyway."
-
"I've been in this from the beginning, but DOOOOM."
Think logically about this stuff when you read it, peeps. Stick to your guns and stay in the fight!!!
ok so what about the people who aren't convinced thousands of people showing up and doing ...?... in DC is going to effect whatever is meant to happen inside the Capitol regarding the election?
We all hope Trump has this super secret can't-fail plan that wins the day, but does anyone have any path to victory that doesn't require the cooperation of people we already know want no part in it or who have told Trump to "concede already"? Pence cannot just deny electors from the contested states unilaterally. At best he can probably say "the states are contested, no one wins" but he can't just say "nope sorry Biden electors, I'm unilaterally deciding Trump won your state". And if no one gets 270, it goes to 2hrs of debates after which both houses of Congress have to decide to go to a House contingent vote, it's not automatic and the debate time is not meaningless and formality.
We know we don't have the numbers in either house of congress to get it done, we have a slim Senate majority at the moment (assuming both win the Senate in GA) but many Senators are either on or off record not supporting Trump and willing to just let Biden have it, and we are closer than before in the House but not a majority, if it depends on a House and/or Senate vote for ANYTHING we are done.
*buys his own railpass to auschwitz guy.
