Trying to figure out logistically how I can make this trip work and budget wise DC hotels looked a little expensive. Is camping possible? I figure it will be a little chilly, but if there are any MAGA camps set up I'd feel safe enough.
Or if anyone has any suggestions for cheaper hotels in the area please let me know.
At this point I have NO idea where I will park my truck, but I'm planning on filling the 8' bed with straw (under a cap), down comforters, sleeping bags, etc. in case a few of us need sleeping quarters. I'm short, can sleep in the truck. Actual logistics will determine a lot of this.
I listened to the Warroom Christmas special on Washington crossing the Delaware, so I'll be 100 times more comfortable than our heroic soldiers.

Dude, search camp. Yes, theres a shit ton of Patriots going camping on the lawn. We are an overwhelming majority force. I'm coming from Philly to camp out on the lawn starting the 4th.
