I don’t see how you can blame him for cowardly judges. He appointed people who claimed to be constitutionalists and everyone cheered. How would you blame him for those people to turn out to be cowards?

You are wrong on the covid bill signing thing. A veto would have done nothing because it passed with a veto proof majority. And not vetoing and not signing makes the bill pass in 10 day deadline. Only thing he could have done is a pocket veto but then that would mean a government shutdown and no PPP loans left. So he worked around it by asking congress to send $2000 and remove the pork as condition of signing. Am I hopeful of congress doing the right thing? Nope. But he played the cards which were given to him. I think the $2000 will pass. But I don’t think congress will remove the pork.
