I find it hard to believe he did it with no explosive training. Mcveigh knew what he was doing and it still took him a while to plan it, get the right materials and involved several people. This guy pulled it all all on his lonesome. I don't think so.
Think OKC and the planning that went into that. Former military guys and worked out in the middle of nowhere so no one would know. We haven’t even been told what type of explosive was used. It’s all bullshit.
