With Biden's corruption, this shouldn't be hard, and might be what is coming soon.
If some crime or corruption is revealed with irrefutable evidence, then the 20th Amendment says the VP-elect would temporarily become president until the congress selects someone who qualifies.
That could be a case where the states all get their one vote and Trump wins due to more states being run by Republicans.
From the 20th Amendment:
"if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President"
If Biden is disqualified, Kamala becomes president.
Which is the Demonrats plan to begin with. Biden will be thrown under the bus because he's probably not communism enough.

True. We can't automatically assume Republicans will do the right thing. But I thought this could be a simple way for Trump to prevail that no one is talking about.
I can't imagine that Republican run states would vote for Harris to become president, although they might claim that she's the rightful person for the job in the event of Biden becoming disqualified.
If they did that, it would be career suicide.
I don't think Biden is the pres elect officially until the electors vote on 1/6. My understanding is that if Biden is disqualified before 1/6, then every single state goes to Trump.
He can be disqualified between now and inauguration day.
If he is disqualified, then I think the states get to vote. And theoretically, with the Republicans controlling 30 states, Trump should win such a vote.

People seem to be overlooking the fact that we only need Biden to be disqualified, and that should be relatively easy. The investigation into Hunter's finances may show money being funneled to Joe for his cut of the illegal China deals.
