uBlock Origin (also add custom filters) + Adblock Plus + NoScript (or use Brave)
For those asshole websites that block your screen and tell you to disable Adblockers, just use "Behind The Overlay"
Occasional scan with Malwarebytes should leave you good to go.
uBlock Origin is the only one in that list that's needed. The other two are redundant with uBlock Origin installed.
