Exactly. VP's have determined EC votes' validity many times just using the text of the Constitution, which trumps any law, as their guide. If Pence simply dumps the fraud states' envelopes in the trash, the Dems will yell. But, no force in the government can force him to open and count those votes. If he holds firm, and why wouldn't he when he gets to both be VP again while also not selling out his country, he simply lets the screaming die down and counts up a Trump 232-222 (I think) victory. Then, he hops on a plane and goes back to his job. There is no appeal. No vote by Congress can change his decision. All we have to do is pray Pence is not a traitor and it's an easy win.
