Man, Trump's been doing so many actions that aren't those of an outgoing president. But I'm just unconvinced by the lack of action last week, and no action so far this week.
That only works one way. All of GEOTUS's would get thrown out on Day 1 of a Biden presidency, and John Roberts would see to it. That won't happen though because GEOTUS will have a 2nd term

Haven't you heard of DACA. Executive orders become constitutional law, not even the Supreme Court or congress can overturn an executive order.
