Then they go and many can do horrible things because hey, eggs and omelets and the end justifies the means, right? They are, after all, trying to create heaven on Earth because that is all there is, just this life. Besides, those people were just mean, better to get rid of them.
Then there are the others.
If their movement wins most of the true believers will be genuinely surprised when many of them - anybody with any real power or influence, or seen as a potential threat to those in power - get shot or send to the gulags. Those others - the ones for whom the idea is mostly just a mean to an end, and the end is what is good for them, personally - continue, sometimes working together, sometimes backstabbing, while bigger regular purges also happen whenever some faction or big leader gets secure enough power to get rid of the competition.
The true believers are the smaller problem, even though they can create real havoc they can't usually destroy a country unless they get help from the others (sometimes a smart fanatic in lead can, though). They are among the useful fools, if the most destructive part. And sometimes they can be red pilled because a lot of them actually mean well, sort of anyway. Often not because they tend to be kind of dumb, and unwilling to let go of a favorite idea no matter how much proof there is against it.
The most dangerous ones are usually among those others.
I do the same thing with companies or movies they try to boycott. When they started trying to say Joker was going to end the world I thought “damn, it must be a great piece of cinema!”

Just to help - if you ever want an app that you can't find in the store (or want an older version for any reason) then just search online for "apk" and there are several sites where you can download w/e app in .apk (file extension). Plug in your phone to your computer and put the file on your phone.
From there it's probably easiest to YouTube how to "Allow Apps From Outside Sources" for your particular phone. Once you check that you'll allow your phone to do that, just find the .apk file in your Files on the phone, touch it and it will go thru the install :-)

No state is sending 2 sets of electors. You've been misinformed. The republican parties in 7 states are sending unofficial 'alternate' electors more or less as a statement of intent in case enough of congress rejects the official votes certified by 50 statehouses (the only votes that matter per US law), but mathematically there's next to no chance of congress rejecting them.

Not quite. State legislatures determine how electors are picked. (This is settled law, no GOP legislature in the country has overturned this process thus far) The State executive branch then certifies and sends counts of those electors' votes to Washington.

That's not how it works. VP can refuse certain electors but it's moot if the House ratifies the given electors. It is more complicated than that but what happens on 1/6 is not just VP selecting whichever electors and choosing the president based on what they decree as the real slate of electors for each state.

Just to help - if you ever want an app that you can't find in the store (or want an older version for any reason) then just search online for "apk" and there are several sites where you can download w/e app in .apk (file extension). Plug in your phone to your computer and put the file on your phone.
From there it's probably easiest to YouTube how to "Allow Apps From Outside Sources" for your particular phone. Once you check that you'll allow your phone to do that, just find the .apk file in your Files on the phone, touch it and it will go thru the install :-)

No state is sending 2 sets of electors. You've been misinformed. The republican parties in 7 states are sending unofficial 'alternate' electors more or less as a statement of intent in case enough of congress rejects the official votes certified by 50 statehouses (the only votes that matter per US law), but mathematically there's next to no chance of congress rejecting them.

That's not how it works. VP can refuse certain electors but it's moot if the House ratifies the given electors. It is more complicated than that but what happens on 1/6 is not just VP selecting whichever electors and choosing the president based on what they decree as the real slate of electors for each state.
