Here's an interesting bit: the case Lin Wood mentioned (United States v. White) is cited in White v. Ashcroft (JKB-17-1355), which also names -- among others -- Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch, Rod Rosenstein, and Jeff Sessions as defendants.

The essence of the case is that White alleges that the US government was recording conversations in the rooms used for prisoners to meet with their attorneys in the prison where White was being held, and then using the content of those recordings to coerce guilty pleas from defendants.
