I heard that Trump signed the bills but can not confirm.

I first heard by word of mouth that the Coronavirus Relief bill and the End of the Year Spending bill were both signed on Sunday by Trump. I do not take these claims at face value due to disinformation campaigns from MSM. A quick browse through the webs netted me dozens of articles from when the bills were shit down; however, two articles were from today. These articles alleged that Trump signed the two bills on Sunday and that The House and The Senate would vote on increasing the $600 to $2,000 today. I am skeptical because the only articles I found were from CNBC and CNN.

Is this just more disinformation or did this crap actually occur? I tend to trust this website more than regular news media.
