I have a disabled child and a few years ago we tried to go to Poland and we couldn't find anyone to accommodate her in the country with transportation or hotels. We didn't go. However, the former Yugoslavian states are doing a lot to accommodate the disabled because they now have a large disabled population from the many wars through the past decades.
It wasn't discrimination. It was properly done to protect other patrons. If the disabled child can't conform he can watch movie at home. Just as if a person who would go to bathroom on chairs should not be in theatre either.
