I agree that it’s not the police job to administer punishment either. They should document the occurrence and encourage the victim to sue them in court and to use their report that documents the situation and get paid. AMC will end up paying and that manager will be fired and hopefully amc will correct their staff unless they want more lawsuits.
Law Enforcement is not on the side of the Constitution or the people.
