It's my understanding he intentionally did badly in the courts so as to exhaust all his legal options. I heard at first it was to bring the case before the Supreme Court but obviously those RINOs failed us. It could be that there were multiple ways for Trump to end this but they failed and now he has his TRUMP CARD on January 6th.
