Government shut us down, created the problem. Now the government is overspending by trillions to "fix" the problem they created, creating an even bigger problem.
We essentially have universal basic income, and it's conservatives shrieking that we must have it.
Exactly. While people (including me) need help, the states that are still in complete lockdown should not be receiving support. Watch dem states collapse on themselves.
Doesn’t matter unless we stop their mechanism of cheating and fraud. Just doesn’t matter. This nation is at least 53% red right now (which is massive) and where did that get us?
Democrats have shredded the constitution and effectively suspended it in many states in our union. They aren’t following the constitution anymore. Why are we? Bring in the military now and arrest these fucking faggots and either execute them or throw them in prison.
These fucking faggot governors need to be arrested now. It was a huge, huge mistake to allow them to lock down their states without any push whatsoever from the White House or the executive branch at all. None, no pushback, in fact we had to hear every day how goddamn deadly this virus was as that stupid Italian goblin Fauci stood a few feet away from our president and lied to us.
Our republic is dead if we don’t take extreme, extreme, extreme action right now. The constitution is a worthless piece of paper if our representatives refuse to follow it. It only has power with agreement. If they aren’t going to follow the rules what is the fucking point of worrying about whether or not we have the legal right to arrest these motherfuckers and throw them in prison? Where is the military? Where is it? This is a full blown insurrection and we’re sitting here watching them do it.
I live in a blue city in a blue county in a blue state, my business has been forced to be closed the entire time, and I've been living off my savings.
While I agree with the general sentiment "fuck the Dems" I try to remember that there are Patriots living in those same places who are being fucked by lockdowns.
It will be their job to tell future generations exactly why they went through all that. The collectivists sure won’t, AND they’ll want to try again. Guaranteed.
I am one of those patriots. I would be happy to see it, we deserve it. However I will be just fine. Preparation is 90% of life. Survival of the fittest as they say.
Yeah let's all run in fear, leave our lives and our homes and land and business and leave the entire state of CA and all of its resources to the Dems great plan man totally solid and sound
We’ve had towns disregard governor lockdown orders and open businesses and local police don’t enforce. These tyrant governors need to be told to stick it.
We are still in a debt based economy. Until you allow a depression to creatively destroy and naturally redistribute wealth, you have to have a means of keeping the lights on and food in people's stomachs when the 1% start holding capital and the serfs can't handle the debt load plus survival.
Ron Paul's old idea of starting a new gold (or silver) backed currency alongside the fed notes sounds like a plan. Let the market decide which is better.
Wow, what a creative idea. It's not like it has been tried again and again, from the late-stage Roman Empire to Weimar Germany to 2000's Venezuela. This is precisely the kind of thinking that destroys nations.
Print enough money to pay off the debts, then return to the gold standard.
That's what Zimbabwe and Venezuela both did. When you print money to pay off the debts, you get hyper-inflation. Like, literally hundreds of thousands of percent per annum. Changing currencies doesn't work.
People like the person you are replying to is why I don't trust anyone around here when they say they know what to do better than Trump to save the country.
If this guy took AOC's position he would have fucked the economy sooner, intentionally or not.
The USD is bound to collapse eventually (as all fiat currencies do). Finding a way to manage the landing and return to a sane currency would be prudent, but I"m sure won't be done.
We had to end the gold standard because even though we were on a gold standard they still printed way more money than they had gold to back up. Once other countries figured that out an started redeeming dollars for gold at an increasing rate they closed the window cuz we were rapidly approaching the point where we'd have run out of gold.
I heard this on a podcast not to long ago, which one I don't remember as I listen to a few of them. If Trump moved the Fed into the Treasury, saddled them with all this stmulas money, then had the Fed file bankruptcy, that would get rid of the Fed and enable us to move to the gold standard a little easier. Also, since Trump has the proof of China's involment with the elections and the treasonist individuals, covid, he would declare the debt the US owes China, null and void. Again, cancelling the debt, and enabling the US to move to a gold standard.
The $2k still does that without the regular people being the ones that collapse. States like California and NY have lost a ton of revenue and are on the verge of an economic collapse. The original bill was going to bail them out.
Now the people get the money and the states don't. Even better is that the states can't even tax it unless they hike up their sales taxes like crazy, which would speed up their collapse as people won't buy shit.
Though I would never want this to be a permanent thing, I think it is pretty ingenious of Trump since it strengthens his popular support when he really needs it right now.
Even better is that the states can't even tax it unless they hike up their sales taxes like crazy, which would speed up their collapse as people won't buy shit.
Don't care, the bulk of the spending still goes out of the country to fund their bullshit.
Now the people get the money and the states don't. Even better is that the states can't even tax it unless they hike up their sales taxes like crazy, which would speed up their collapse as people won't buy shit.
Say what? Demand is inelastic for essential purchases, people will pay the sales tax regardless. The sales tax line item is not going to prevent people who have the money from paying the electric bill or the mechanic who fixes the car.
Average sales tax rate in the US right now is 7%. That means that the state stands to get $140 of every $2k check.
The state always wins. They win even more when people buy online and they don't have to financially support retail infrastructure.
$140 is still not enough for NY, California, and a few other states that Dem heavy. They needed the bailout money that Congress was about to give them but Trump denied (and rightfully so).
2k isn't going to prop up many of the people who want this "stimulus" for long it seems as already complaints about it not being enough when this is ALREADYthe second one, then what? Another 2k? Then another?
Though I would never want this to be a permanent thing, I think it is pretty ingenious of Trump since it strengthens his popular support when he really needs it right now.
I mean, they can't revoke presidential powers anyway. Separation of powers.
If the Supreme Court wants to rule against him, who cares? They already made it clear they don't give a shit about the Constitution and they can be ignored at this point.
He's still got the option of doing a line by line veto that each of the lines will have to be voted on separately. It will force Congress to show who they are by voting for individual pork slices.
"I will send back to Congress a redlined version, item by item, accompanied by the formal rescission request to Congress insisting that those funds be removed from the bill," he continued
Different things. Line item veto is signing a bill into law but excluding a part of it.
After it's done, end of the line. Ruled unconstitutional.
The Impoundment Clause Act (or whatever it's called) DOES send it back to congress to be voted on, unless they want to wait 45 days and then it goes through.
Here's where I have an issue ... and we've been down this road before... one co equal branch cant pass laws or enact instruments that thwart the enumerated powers of another co equal branch.. executive has the enumerated power to write eos ..period.. not knowing the USC continues to be our downfall
Exactly. The overton window has been shifting left even with "conservatives" in power. The right has been cucking on mass immigration (which is globalism) aS lOnG aS tHeY cOmE lEgAlLy!, and literally every single leftist issue you can think of. Sometimes I wonder if Hillary winning would have been the better outcome because people wouldn't accept half the shit Trump did if done by her.
Trump being in office pretty much pacified outrage for 4 years
The identify as conservatives. That has no bearing on what conservatism is... unless you just allow people to write your personal dictionary for you then that’s your problemo.
Fuck Ronald Ray-gun. Greatest illegal aliens cocksucker in U.S. history and he increased our taxes in 8 years like the payroll tax and he increased the govt massively like the EPA. He also armed China and gave them ICBMs, nukes, and space tech
Um yeah no.... china got nukes from Russia and ICBM tech from Clinton.. the payroll tax was to be a deal with a devil.. the dems told him if he did it they would cut spending... when he won reelection your friends crawfished and didnt cut shit... no further tax changes happened... but you may be confusing about an income tax increase that did occur under the first bush.. he did not win that reelection bid... sorry .. most of that should have been common history knowledge.. but I noticed you were severely confused... here to help
None of this shit is UBI because not everyone gets it. I didn't get the first check and I won't get this one, because I dared to build a successful career over 25 years of hard work.
Who shows up to the dangerous and or crappy "essential" or non-essential jobs when there's a UBI? It seems like the whole thing would go pear-shaped pretty quickly.
The whole point of UBI was to let people keep it whether they work or not, so that if you DO get a job and earn a paycheck, you aren't losing any money from working harder. Welfare, unemployment, food stamps, all these things should be consolidated into a single program without all the bloat of case workers, etc. trying to determine if you really need it or not. I can't speak for the rest of his policies, but Yang's UBI was very well-designed.
If capitalism works by creative destruction--destroying outmoded industries/technologies while creating new more efficient ones--socialism destroys free-trade economies in order to create--itself. (The all-powerful State.)
I think it's weird for most people because usually we obey the law. And now we will have to circumvent and break the law to restore order ourselves and no doubt it's making people uncomfortable
I wonder when people will divorce themselves from the idea that Trump and the Republican party are allies. I thought surely when the GOP had complete control of Congress for 2 years and they fucked him 100x over that everyone saw it. The kabuki is strong yet, I suppose.
Preferably via your username, but otherwise thru military takedown once they’re irrefutably proven (to the uneducated normies) that they are Chinese mouthpieces pushing treasonous propaganda and the receipts are released. Idk if the founding fathers really intended for the first amendment to protect entirely subversive foreign propaganda.
It's the Domino effect their minds are trying to not accept.
If the Uniparty is real, that means the Globalists are real, if the Globalists are real... You're now looking at one world government, satanic cults, human trafficking, aliens, social engineering, new caste system, engineered evolution.. all of it.
I think McConnell can read the writing on the wall. He knows Georgia is in Trump's supporters hands. And the one thing Mitch loves is being Majority Leader, no matter how he gets there.
The one thing working against the MAGA party is that he was just reelected for another 6 year term.
Our forefathers screwed up big time by not including term limits. And 6 years is too long for any elected position. It should be a maximum of 10 total years in any elected position, period. We need an end to the "career politician."
Our forefathers screwed up big time by not including term limits
Forefathers, perhaps. But the Founding Fathers had it right. Senators were originally chosen by the State Legislatures until the evil that is the 17th Amendment came into being in 1913. It needs to be repealed ASAP. By making Senators elected directly by the People, the States lost their voice and representation in the federal government. Now, the People have too much direct power, and the States don't have any.
Ultimately, all power in the United States government comes from the People. However, much of that power comes indirectly (Representative Republic opposed to Direct Democracy).
The People are the soul of the country. They are the reason the government exists. The next most important entity is the individual State. The federal government is just the glue that holds the Union of States together, and gives them a common direction (whether to go to war or not, etc.).
Unfortunately, the federal government has gotten way out of control, and has usurped the Powers of the several States.
Before the 17th Amendment, a State had its own representation in the federal government through the Senate. The Senators were chosen by the State Legislature, which was elected by the People of that State. So the People indirectly had control over their Senators through electing their State Legislators.
The People have always had their direct representation through the election of the House of Representatives. That was always meant to be. That was the most democratic part of our government.
The Senate was never supposed to be elected by the People. People are too rash and short-sighted to have full, direct control. That's why the Founders broke away from the Democracy models of the Greeks. The House of Representatives was designed to be the "reflex" of the government... terms only lasting 2 years, so People could quickly replace those who represented their will a couple of years ago, but no longer. There are also many more Representative than Senators, so they can give a better representation of the People as well as have each one's influence be negligible.
The Senate is where cooler heads prevail. It was meant to be the long-game. 6-year terms kept radical changes from taking place over a short period of time. And because a Senator was chosen instead of elected, his loyalties remained purely with the State which chose him. He didn't have to campaign or fundraise or pander to special interest groups. He was accountable only to the State Legislature. Meaning absolutely nothing like this Georgia debacle was ever meant to happen.
Unfortunately, we are not in a perfect world... or even an ideal world. Things have changed. Now, patriots chant "USA!" Long ago, they would have chanted "Virginia" or "Pennsylvania" or whatever State they belonged to. Perhaps some still have that sense of State pride. I know that I have that pride with my home State of Texas. To me, Texas IS the United States of America... at least in Spirit. That's why I can equate the two. I couldn't do the same with a State like California or New York... not these days. Maybe 200 years ago, but not today.
But I digress. Anyway, because a Senator was loyal to his State, and not to the whims of the People, he would stand up and fight for the good of his State. He wouldn't give his State's Power over to the federal government. He wouldn't sell out his State or his People for his own benefit or the benefit of the elite.
At least, that's my general take on the subject. There would be some rotten Senators, of course... but not nearly as many as there are now.
May God bless the United States of America, May God bless the American People, and may God bless the patriots such as President Donald J. Trump! Amen.
Great summary. I thought I understood the three branches well and yet was never taught about the origins of the Senate. This makes much more sense. I feel as though I was taught a revisionist version of the purpose of the Senator count.
What is wrong with the defense bill? I've been looking at the "covid" relief bill but not the defense bill. If someone could explain what's wrong with it I would appreciate it. I understand the "covid" relief bill that is full of pork fat and puts most of the money toward foreign countries and shit that has nothing to do with covid. Although Trump signed that when it was increased to $2000. Is the other shit still in that bill or was that gotten rid of? Because if it is then why tf would Trump sign it?
The biggest problem I have with the NDAA - and I've only read a small portion because it's massive like the Omnibus - is they're cutting ICE budgets to the bone, especially on the borders.
I would do this if I had a decent place to shoot here in TX. There's a few ranges here and there but I don't like the constraints that come with ranges. Wish I had some land where I could burn up some ammo.
At the federal level, 80% receivers with unmilled fire-control cavities aren't considered firearms by the ATF. Creating a functional receiver from a 0% billet would be a lot of work without a CNC.
That'll buy just under an ounce, which is far short of a crap ton. I think it goes: ton, crap ton, shit ton, metric crapload, metric assload, metric shitload, fuck-ton.
I think we need to take back shit ton from metric shit ton. Who decided the metric version of shit measurement is bigger than the correct version? CCP propaganda to make oir shit feel inferior to metric shit.
I am afraid to inform you, but you can't buy a whole hell of a lot of gold. I mean, I honestly do not see gold actually going too much higher in the future. In August of 1999 gold was $8,147.96 USD/kg and today it is nearly 8 times that at $60,691.61 USD/kg
Not saying it won't keep climbing, but I fear many gold investors are new investors either preparing for a commie cornpop term or for the crazy devastating war that is about to ensue.
I mean... Bitcoin is a novel idea. It is only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for digital pixels. Nothing backs Bitcoin.
Gold is backed by the fact that it is a desirable physical product. Sure, many will manipulate it or at least try to, but I'd wager to say gold is still preferred by the regular guy.
Also after the latest halving event, participation in the blockchain significantly dropped. Soon, there will be just a few players left, and they could just strong arm the blockchain. The concept is cool I just don’t see it being a reliable source if it’s already not being used as intended.
I understand where you are coming from, but understanding that the current high it has ever been is around $26K per coin... It becomes increasingly harder to see it ever achieving that mythical $100,000 per coin.
Now you can argue that there is or may be some event that happens in the future that resorts to us moving away, for real, from hard/tangible currencies. In such a case, which I also do not see ever happening, you'd fall into the FOMO category of people that felt a crash was imminent. If a coin reaches $100,000.00 we have larger issues than currency at that point. To be entirely honest, you'd have a situation that makes the China flu pale in comparison to the real severity of impact it would have on our economy.
I just do not buy that bitcoin will ever be the future and that is coming from someone who currently has 47 bitcoins from early mining days. I have them, but what am I really going to do with them... so I Ron Popeil their ass and I've "Set it and forget it." Whatever happens to them, happen.
Physical bullion is safer but has lower returns. A lot of gold and silver investors will buy into silver mining stocks as a way to diversify and get a bigger bang for their buck. For example, First Majestic Mining (AG) went from $2/share to $25/share during the silver bull run in 2009-2011. I'm playing it safe, so I'm diversified in physical bullion and mining stocks for the long term.
I've sometimes wondered if the value of precious metals is lost to us at this point, underlined if there were a shit-hits-the-face moment and society collapses. Has the perceived value of gold and silver eroded in the face of functionally more precious metals in the last 100-150 years? If I'm hacking it out in the wilderness in some post civilization world, why would gold and silver matter?
I wonder the same thing. But then we see foreign governments like China and Russia buying and stockpiling massive amounts of gold while Uncle Sam fires up the printing presses for another trillion dollar giveaway. It's insanity.
If shit hits the fan, Silver and Gold become more valuable because they're considered a store of value or a safe haven. Mining companies make more money during those periods because there's bigger demand for gold/silver.
Obviously not like I agreed with him on everything, he was pretty nepotistic and cronyist among worse things but at the same time he was a threat to the powers that be. Same with his brother. So they had to gotten rid of.
It wasn't for "everyone" last time and it won't be this time. It's free money if you make below a certain amount, and for people like me you get nothing as always.
It’s not everyone, I don’t get anything. If we are doing this it should go to all taxpayers, but it doesn’t. So were the Ones over here paying for this.
Trump signed it but invoked a special "rescission" act that is very similar to a line-item veto for the foreign spending, forcing votes for each part...
Is there anywhere to see on if they voted on all the pork Trump red-lined? Be a nice redpill to see who voted on some of the pork
Edit: my misunderstanding, this is not the porkulus bill, but standalone 2k payments.
It hasn't been announced that Trump has formally filed his recission request, and neither house has voted on a recission bill, which the step after that.
I believe the way it worked is trump sends those rifles back as recommendations and if they don't do anything then nothing gets removed. Trump signed off on it. Not on 1% of it.
He didn't use line item veto, it's literally in his Whitehouse announcement. It's the impoundment act that gives him the authority to do so for budget bills.
There is however a difference between republicans voting yes to a bill when Trump says "I'll pass a Corona virus aid bill when it gets to my desk" and republicans voting yes to the parts that Trump dumped because it sends money to foreign countries after the other portions have been signed.
He absolutely could have stopped it with a pocket veto. They would then have to pass the bill again next year, and Trump could veto it again at that time as well.
He can't stop it they are veto proof. Basically trump is now making dems vote LINE BY LINE for bullshit that pisses off americans. Now trump can bash their ass in verbally so they lose the house in the future. It's a win in a sense. People hate this shit they're really tired of it. Let them sleep in their retardation.
but they lost most the house this time? It's not going to work again dude, we caught them red handed. The dominion company is probably going bankrupt with all the bad PR. We have the donald, we have parler, there's an anti pc revolution, there's a religious revival. We only lost due to foresight. I mean how much did we even talk about voting machines before this? I didn't see a single person calling for inspections of all voting machines.
Well first of all people like us bro. We're the biggest right leaning forum on earth. We're larger than 4chan in the usa. There's been a few articles like this one.
People hate a lot of shit and voted accordingly. Too bad elections are rigged and these people's votes were useless. It's looking like one option remains.
He essentially did stop a bulk of it. They will have to vote on each individual line item which in turn would expose whichever politicians back that particular measure.
Prior to- it was a joint effort of "put whatever in and we won't care because they won't nit pick it" (we did). Now it'll be scrutinized much more so, as each line will have to be justified (as in: why are we giving $10mil to Pakistan for gender studies again?)
They're not going to vote on every line, not how it works. Even if it did, the bill is over 5000 pages. They have 10 hours in the Senate and 2 hours in the House to argue all of it.
The process here is he redlines specific spending. Then he has to submit why he's against it, the overall impact, and then a solution. (in this case, cut the line item out.)
At best, he can ask for the biggest, most egregious, but the process is not a renegotiation of the whole bill. Never was. When the ICA74 was put in place, line item veto was removed as unconstitutional, and this was process was put in place intentionally to prevent Presidents from doing exactly what you're saying.
Instead of being called a doomer by children here last night, I looked into the history of recission. Read this:
So, this isn't that obscure a process as the MSM make it out to be. Every president since Carter, with the exception of Bush Sr. submitted them to "tweak' passed bills, with varying success. But overall it was singular issues, not the entirety of a 5000 page bill - I suspect if he dropped a recission request on the entire bill, both houses would hard pass on it. Also note that who controls the Congress at the time also influences the success, Clinton got over 60% of his approved, as both houses were DNC controlled at the time.
But what is notable is it's not a negotiation on the whole bill. It's specific spending items. Trump redlining every line item would push the process past the time frame allowed, and it would simply remain in place, untouched.
If either side of the aisle were willing to renogiate the whole thing, they would have done so while it was in committee. They passed the bill, in both houses, with massive support on both sides. This is the bill they intended to become law, after fighting it out all year, and they told Trump they would override his veto.
Tell me why you think, in the alternate reality where they'd allow a recission on the entire bill, what they'd get out of that process? Why they'd even consider it for more than 10 seconds?
I hope Trump tries to take the most obnoxious things out through recission, especially foreign spending and the retroactive covid relief for lllegals. Hoping for more than that - honestly, prepare to be disappointed.
more than that. the funds they requested are now able to be reallocated for national emergencies. see his letter after the rescission request. it's beginning to look a lot like 4d chess.
Nothing holy about it, a majority of our elected officials are willing to let this fraud slide because they don't want to rock the boat or they are in on the game, I would be very surprised if there isn't a body count by the end of January if they don't somehow prove Trump lost fair and square, we all know they can't. When I say war, I don't mean left vs right, bullets flying in every city, I mean people who have been pushed over the edge taking out their anger on the elected officials they believe to be responsible. I live in FL so I don't expect anything to go down here, but DC and maybe a few major dem run cities better bring in the troops and hope they side with these extreme left wing politicians.
Why couldn't he pocket veto it? The bill wasn't presented to him for signing until late in the week, and Congress adjourns on January 3, so all Trump had to do was hold onto it for the alloted 10 days excluding Sundays as specific in the Constitution and he would've killed the bill in a way that would prevent Congress from overriding it.
They were but now they can't hide behind the "muh Covid payments" argument.
The biggest problem was that by trying to tie Covid to their porkulus, it made it seem as though anyone who voted no was against giving Americans help. But they effed up when they made the payments $600 because he'd been saying LEGAL Americans deserved more.
Best move he could have made. In any scenario, the thing becomes law. He could have vetoed, they override, and he's left with the narrative against him that he vetoed relief money. He pocket vetoes, they override, and he's left with the narrative that he delayed relief and ultimately didn't support it. If he just signs it, then the narrative is as good as it's going to get but then all the pork goes through. Doing what he's done lets him have the best narrative and potentially eliminate some of the pork (although I find that highly unlikely).
More voted to go against him and keep the pork than voted to give the American citizens $2k of their own money (once they make us pay them back for it in taxes)
Just throwing this out there, my fellow pedes. My wife and I are bartenders in NJ. Government told us we can’t go to work. (Bullsnot.) I pay taxes. Actually, an enormous amount of said taxes in NJ. If you take my job away from me, then you better use my tax dollars that I busted my ass for to pay, and make sure that I can pay my mortgage and my daughter’s private school tuition, which I was doing, by working, But now, you told us we can’t go to work. My wife got a temp gig at The Gap and I’m currently InstaCarting just to make ends meet. I’m all against free handouts, but you took our jobs away, and told us WE CAN’T work. I do not feel any guilt taking the handout. JUST LET ME GO TO FUCKING WORK. See you pedes on Jan 6th...
I feel you. The government made you and many others shut down and needs to pay you back. $2000 in your case, and many others, is just a SMALL amount of what they owe you based on what they have done this last year. If they never had these draconian shutdowns, it wouldn't even be an issue. This shouldn't be billed as a response to Covid, it should be billed as a response to shutdowns.
We make nearly 3k a week in cash... 4k is a slap in the face... and we get COMBINED $170 from unemployment... what a fucking joke. Tapping into my term life insurance... can’t live later if ya can’t live now,,,
Agree. In GA we have been working this whole time. Now I know people want to work but they have to protest and go to work anyway. Do they realize they can’t arrest everyone?! People that haven’t worked since March are getting paid by people in other states that have been working since March. At some point we have to break the states up, this cannot last
Im angry for you. Stupid commies in my town don’t even know how good we have it while people like you are coerced at gun point to not work and if you resist you go to jail and child protective services take your kids...and put them where..? Somewhere made even worse by the lockdowns and funding losses.
Your state leaders are full of sin
Pretty sure the defense bill is the one that has a part in it to block Trump from being able to use the Insurrection Act... from that tweet all they need is a simple majority.
yea.. Tanks, military drones and navy ships are usually more powerful than a piece of paper. President Trump gives the order and the military listens then all of this is pretty moot at that point.
The military and We The People is 100% unstoppable. The dems will be destroyed and any remaining communist fuckers will bend the knee. The constitution will be made ironclad, and 1st and 2nd amendments widely expanded with less restrictions
It's part of the US Code -- the statutory law that Congress is responsible for. Congress passed it originally and can change it at any time. Because it's a statute. Those are the laws that Congress controls.
Well to my understanding, that's not exactly true. While inherent presidential powers (like the pardon power) are not subject to congressional amendment or abolition, other powers are. Remember, the IA is not in the Constitution, unlike the pardon. The IA was exactly what it said it was, an ACT. That means it was passed as legislation. So if it was created by Congress, then it can be removed by Congress.
This is not an inherent presidential power and thus they can restrict it. At least that's my understanding and I took a Constitutional law class.
Supposedly it was an earlier amendment some say its in the final bill, what is the truth is hard for me to know because I can't really read the whole thing and the process is so convoluted it takes a damn whole office of experts to parse the damn things.
Yup, it’s the following amendment for the : https://www.congress.gov/congressional-record/2020/07/20/house-section/article/H3114-2
Section 10: Curtailing Insurrection Act Violations of Individual's Liberties. Page 216 in the pdf.
Download the text and do a search for Insurrection. If passed it says that Trump will not be able to use it unless Congress approves him using it. I trust Trump but damn I am really hoping he caught that amendment.
It's a win for most of the public which is positive but I can't say I'm excited about the burden to come over the next few decades. At the very least, hopefully this means less money for the pork.
Yes from the spending. I was hoping they may try to balance out the 900b to make room for the increase in the stimulus portion for the citizens but that's probably expecting too much from the government.
I don't even think it can be "cleaned up". I think it needs to be dismantled and rebuilt. The system is way too corrupt and broken at this point, but I like the optimism. Hopefully we can at least take some giant steps towards getting some good people in place to make this happen.
If it makes you feel better, these seeds were planted by our forefathers. Freedom is the single greatest thing a person can have, but it also allows for those who are corrupt to move in and bend the system to their will. Of course, there are checks in place to prevent that, but as we see if these checks are eroded enough, and our population lacks education/historical context, it will creep in.
I'm just so sad it happened so quickly. The powerful have essentially turned our system of checks and balances into one giant level they control. And we have a significant amount of our population who don't have the education necessary to critically think (they were never taught this skill) and they don't have an education in our history.
It's a tragedy, but the good news is this election proves there are more of us than them.
That's me homie. I've watched our culture die a horrible death. 80's, 90's, early 2000's music/movies were so good. The modern left is incapable of creative thought, which is the product (I am sure) of decades of adopting deconstructionist/post-modernist ideals.
Every system of government has its drawbacks. We’ve found the weakness of democracy: mob rule and corruption. People are just going to keep voting themselves more and more gibs until the whole system collapses.
We’ve already had a moral collapse, next is an economic collapse, then a political collapse, and finally a military collapse. I think we as a movement can certainly impact what comes next, and that’s what we need to start thinking about. It might be a dirty word around here, but the “America First” movement being formed by Nick Fuentes can certainly morph into a serious political revolution, especially if some more capable people take over from him.
I don't think anyone thought that a single group could take control of SCOTUS, Congress, and the Whitehouse. And I know our ancestors are tossing in the graves at how we let the Administrative state essentially become the all-powerful fourth branch of our government.
I'm optimistic because every dominate culture creates a strong counter-culture. Trump is the first, but he won't be the last. Modern Conservatism will rise because it is a movement of free-thought, intellectualism, and exceptionalism. Hopefully we can stop this before it gets to ultimate collapse, as you aptly warn, or, if it does, hopefully we are the ones who bring it about on our terms.
What blows my mind is: I look at the modern day Left and see people parading it, and I ask myself, "How could you possibly support these clear hipocrites and liars?" And then I think to myself... You look back at some videos of Hitler giving speeches. Look at the crowds cheering him on. You even look at some of the tyrant presidents today, like in Venezuela. You literally see people cheering them on, completely and utterly brainwashed by their captors. It's stockholm syndrome to the highest degree. It's mind-boggling.
Literally going to my gun guy on Wednesday to pick up a new rifle. He's in the middle of nowhere and has like 15 AR-15s leftover of various calibers, brands and variants. He didn't even mark them up unlike all of the asshole gun stores
The GOP was all for the lobbyist-written porkulous bill. But they're opposed to more relief for regular Americans. This tells you where their priorities are.
My confidence in the viability of crypto-currency is low. Bitcoin's increase is due to limited availability caused by China's ban of selling cryptocurrency. China has at least 50% of all bitcoins ever created, so demand has outpaced the supply because of China's influence.
Theoretically, they are artificially inflating the value of the cryptocurrency so that they can sell bitcoin in the future (when they temporarily unban selling cryptocurrency) at those inflated prices and then cause the monetary value of bitcoin to collapse.

cubicles that we don't need.
Fortunately, the wife and I have been employed the entire time. We don’t need this money. I think folks that are unemployed because of Covid should receive help, and moreover, even my wife and I over all the pork going overseas and god knows where else.
all these politicians will hang. corrupt mother fuckers know what they are doing. We aren't fucking stupid and the time will come when we come down to washington and drag these ducking satanists out and do a public hanging. These are tyrants and nothing more...these aren't our elected officials...they are communists who will continue to ruin our country if WE THE PEOPLE don't form well regulated militias and take these people out.
WHEN THE FUCK WILL WE RISE UP AND ELIMINATE THESE TYRANTS!!??
ok, for all you people out there that still think these debts matter, understand this... This financial system is collapsing, NOTHING CAN STOP IT from happening. It is DESIGNED to collapse. The deep state bankers are just tying to roll it over into a digital currency in which they will have total freakin control of everything. Talk about an inescapable prison.. Trump is just trying to milk what's left as much as he can for the American people and trying to overload the FED balance sheet with it all before it collapses. This is all well known, but things as you know them ARE GOING TO CHANGE. The only question is are they going to change for the better or for the worse (for the people)??????
An economic collapse will be the final nail in the coffin of the US. Economic concerns are pretty much the only thing holding the Union together at this point.
You're absolutely wrong. The previous relief did send money to non-citizens so long as they were legal permanent residents of the USA.
This bill includes money specifically for citizens married to UNDOCUMENTED immigrants, or mixed status families as they're defined:
Mixed status families are families in which one or more family members are U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents (green card holders) and some are undocumented without legal immigration status. Approximately 16.2 million people in the United States live in a mixed status family. These families house an estimated 6.1 million U.S. citizen children.
If we actually get 2k. I don't want to see none of these snowflakes out running buying tvs and xboxes then when their lights and water get shut off for non payment. They wanna blame Trump going orange man's fault my shit got cut off.
Kind of. It puts it on hold for a few months, and let's Trump redirect the funds using emergency powers. That is, if they don't vote to push it through.
They passed the increase in cheques but they gonna end up sticking with the pork. More Rinos voted to go against Trump and keep the pork than voted to give the American citizens $2k of their own money (once they make us pay them back for it in taxes)
Reopening the economy with new laws protecting citizens from mask tyranny from big business should have been included. I'm so tired of this crookedness.
I think we should block off funding for the cities. There are no blue states only blue cities and counties.
I think small business owners should sue the fucking government for damages.
Sue the dictator Governor’s and their AG’s.
Hard to see how this was not a condemnation of private property
It is.
NO STANDING!
I’d trust you more than Chief Justice Roberts, and I don’t even know you.
By ruling of this court, you shall remain on your knees
Not all tyrants aren’t courts.
Kamala has entered the chat
I don't exactly have faith in the legal system anymore
You can't sue states for damages.
Can't sue the U.S. government as a class action. It has to be individual suits or a mass tort claim.
class action
NO STANDING FOR YOU! NEXT
lol. nice one
Who said anything about class action? These are war reperations.
Lol, you spelled Hang funny.
Right? Invest time cleaning up our own states, then go work hard to provide for and protect our families and communities.
That will require a bit more than time when you realize there are no longer checks and balances.
A child's parents sued a school over teaching woke leftist bullstein.
Nevada I think....
Sure the democrats they should be personally liable
Move a little farther north we're red. But really you should stay and convert/ red pill as many as you can. Flip your county/city.
Jan 6. End it.
I’m speechless because I have nothing better to add to this post. Blast this opinion from every rooftop it’s the way we feel.
Flip the Dominions? Don't think so.
Need some pedes to infiltrate for the long game.
Certainly. At the same time being forced to live an entire year on savings sucks no matter how you slice it.
You want to liv on bread rations in the gulag? That is the future if this isnt solved.
Excuse me?
Did I say anything even remotely like that?
It has to happen. This feelgood stuff is how we got where we are.
Cool might as well just throw the patriots living in blue cities off a cliff then, why not?
They will have to leave the cities sooner or later, may as well be now on their on time than in a box car to the gulag.
Let them pay for their own crimes!
We are still in a debt based economy. Until you allow a depression to creatively destroy and naturally redistribute wealth, you have to have a means of keeping the lights on and food in people's stomachs when the 1% start holding capital and the serfs can't handle the debt load plus survival.
So how does it work when the US national debt is about three times the value of all the gold in the world?
It’s simple: we only pay on our debt to countries that haven’t said they hate us
Iran hearing this...
"LIFE to AMERICA! USA No.1!"
Its not iran that holds the debt, its the Federal Reserve and they are based right here.
That way, the currency devalues so much it's worth less than the value of all the gold in the world and everything is fixed taps head
Until someone realizes gold value is expressed in USD and the only way out of this is pulling your dick out for Harambe
To be completely forthright I was already there. It's the only thing we can do at this point.
Most of the debt is owed to ourselves not other countries.
duh... let the price of gold rise to it's proper level.
Id love to see three sizes of coins in three metals, preferably copper, silver, and gold. Set an exchange rate between them and be done.
And they can do this right after dissolving the fed and getting rid of the fiat paper money.
kind of like how it used to be??
I'm worried about my coins being the size of individual atoms!
So... Dungeons & Dragons style.
Ron Paul's old idea of starting a new gold (or silver) backed currency alongside the fed notes sounds like a plan. Let the market decide which is better.
Add plat and titanium to it as well, and we good.
Come and take.
It's a pyramid scheme. Illegal. All debts null and void.
Wow, what a creative idea. It's not like it has been tried again and again, from the late-stage Roman Empire to Weimar Germany to 2000's Venezuela. This is precisely the kind of thinking that destroys nations.
That's what Zimbabwe and Venezuela both did. When you print money to pay off the debts, you get hyper-inflation. Like, literally hundreds of thousands of percent per annum. Changing currencies doesn't work.
Printing money to give to people doesn't result in hyper-inflation?
People like the person you are replying to is why I don't trust anyone around here when they say they know what to do better than Trump to save the country.
If this guy took AOC's position he would have fucked the economy sooner, intentionally or not.
This was in Matthew Bracken's Enemies trilogy. It's a horrible idea.
The USD is bound to collapse eventually (as all fiat currencies do). Finding a way to manage the landing and return to a sane currency would be prudent, but I"m sure won't be done.
I think that is exactly what the Trump Presidency is entirely about.
It wasn't really necessary to tell us this. KEK!
We had to end the gold standard because even though we were on a gold standard they still printed way more money than they had gold to back up. Once other countries figured that out an started redeeming dollars for gold at an increasing rate they closed the window cuz we were rapidly approaching the point where we'd have run out of gold.
We need to return to coinage. Gold, silver, copper, maybe a few sizes of each.
Decentralize the precious metals so the government can no longer have access to it.
Except that means the system is fair to everyone and we can’t have that! Let the chosen few run the bank
Nah ;)
Can’t trust government or banks to hold onto the money and can’t trust the tickets they give as collateral. Coins or bust.
Trump actually has been trying to work back to that.
That's the idea.
Maybe it's me, but that's how I envision the new lion party.
Did anyone bring stars of David?
End the Fed!
Impossible to pay for all their wars with silver. Endless war requires worthless fiat money to pay everyone with.
I suspect this is what got Kennedy killed in Dallas ...
That and intending to investigate Israel's nuclear research program...
Don't care, the bulk of the spending still goes out of the country to fund their bullshit.
I feel like you glossed over the rest of the comment...
>UBI is good as long as its Trump creating it!
I’m from one of those communist states and we all totally agree. We don’t want the money
"Conservatism is progressivism driving the speed limit" - Michael Malice
Btw doesn't the NDAA bill nullify trumps use of the insurrection act? I hope this will all be ok
Laws have about as much effect on patriots as it does criminals using guns to commit crime
I mean, they can't revoke presidential powers anyway. Separation of powers.
If the Supreme Court wants to rule against him, who cares? They already made it clear they don't give a shit about the Constitution and they can be ignored at this point.
Zackly
I think Trump has the votes to stop the veto override which is why they are talking about other maneuvers.
He's still got the option of doing a line by line veto that each of the lines will have to be voted on separately. It will force Congress to show who they are by voting for individual pork slices.
SCOTUS made line by line veto unconstitutional back in the 90’s with Clinton. So he doesn’t have line by line veto power.
[email protected] people who still believe in "laws".
Wow that's apt. Tha ks for sharing!
Trump being in office pretty much pacified outrage for 4 years
"The GOP is progressivism driving the speed limit."
More precise language needed. There isn't anything wrong with conservatism.
Yes there is. The vast majority of conservatives just gave away several hundred billion dollars of your grandkids future.
The identify as conservatives. That has no bearing on what conservatism is... unless you just allow people to write your personal dictionary for you then that’s your problemo.
"‘I’m from the government, and I’m here to help.’”
As a great man said, those 9 words should be feared above all else. And if the past year has shown us anything, holy shit was he right.
Fuck Ronald Ray-gun. Greatest illegal aliens cocksucker in U.S. history and he increased our taxes in 8 years like the payroll tax and he increased the govt massively like the EPA. He also armed China and gave them ICBMs, nukes, and space tech
Also, his Vice President was HW, former Director of the CIA and the man who spawned W. and the Endless War on Everything.
Downvoted? He was right about Fucker Tuckerson wasn't he?
He also hated guns
Um yeah no.... china got nukes from Russia and ICBM tech from Clinton.. the payroll tax was to be a deal with a devil.. the dems told him if he did it they would cut spending... when he won reelection your friends crawfished and didnt cut shit... no further tax changes happened... but you may be confusing about an income tax increase that did occur under the first bush.. he did not win that reelection bid... sorry .. most of that should have been common history knowledge.. but I noticed you were severely confused... here to help
He's not wrong. Reagan was a piece of shit.
Well put, you missed the part where they point & say "You see that guy over there? HE broke your leg, go get em!" then break your other leg.
"‘I’m from the government, and I’m here to help.’”
...myself to what pittance you have left in your time of need.
That's the plan. Slowly turning unemployment into UBI.
We already have UBI it's called wellfare, this is just them forcing the middle class onto it
But welfare isn't "universal." Only certain demographics receive it while everyone else is auto-rejected.
Oh trust me...I know this from personal experience
The stimulus isn't universal either if u want to get technical. I don't get anything from it being on the other end of the wage chart.
how many recipients might receive the $2k say a ballpark estimate ?
Exactly, that's when the triumph of Communism is complete.
Goods and services on the market are priced exactly as high as the market will bear.
Even with your well-designed UBI, everything will become more expensive simply because it can.
Look what happens to college tuition costs when all would-be students get access to guaranteed student loans.
That's a BINGO!
So you'd get UBI on top of your existing wage?
Yes. That's the idea.
How would we pay for such a system and who would bother working minimum or low paying jobs?
Through a national consumption-based sales tax, and anyone who needs more than the bare minimum UBI you get each month.
That's literally the Democrats playbook for almost every issue...
"Poison the well and then try and show up as the water commissioner." - Dinesh D'souza
Which is almost always more government control
Democrats: "We have to chop at the roof with axes or it will leak."
They chop. It rains. The roof leaks.
Democrats: "Quick, more axes!"
This time it's Conservatives shrieking, "quick, more axes!"
If capitalism works by creative destruction--destroying outmoded industries/technologies while creating new more efficient ones--socialism destroys free-trade economies in order to create--itself. (The all-powerful State.)
Flint?
Education cost?
Depending on how things go on the 6th, you might be able to say 'will' instead of 'should'
Honestly don't know what people are waiting for. It's like we're politely waiting to see if we should revolt or not.
I think it's weird for most people because usually we obey the law. And now we will have to circumvent and break the law to restore order ourselves and no doubt it's making people uncomfortable
Call them and tell them that.
I'm so happy you said "hanged"
If we made it a pay-per-view event we would solve the national debt
That's racist!

I wonder when people will divorce themselves from the idea that Trump and the Republican party are allies. I thought surely when the GOP had complete control of Congress for 2 years and they fucked him 100x over that everyone saw it. The kabuki is strong yet, I suppose.
It’s too disturbing for many to accept the reality of the uniparty.
Yes. Destroy MSM and big tech and the cancer will go into remission for at least a while
How do you destroy the MSM?
Preferably via your username, but otherwise thru military takedown once they’re irrefutably proven (to the uneducated normies) that they are Chinese mouthpieces pushing treasonous propaganda and the receipts are released. Idk if the founding fathers really intended for the first amendment to protect entirely subversive foreign propaganda.
Keep talking about. For the really resistant, you have to ask them questions and let them come to the conclusion on their own.
Yes, with the blood of tyrants.
I think it's more accepting the reality of what the uniparty means that people are unable to accept
He's still less bad than his opponent.
Our forefathers screwed up big time by not including term limits. And 6 years is too long for any elected position. It should be a maximum of 10 total years in any elected position, period. We need an end to the "career politician."
Originally the Senate stood for the state and the House for the people?
Exactly.
He just might get a visit by the Pope.
Cocaine mitch owns a chinese shipping fleet
Dude is 78, ridiculous.
Changing military base names because they hurt people's feelings? Check.
Forced diversity and inclusion nonsense? Check.
Unconstitutional restrictions on Trump's ability to redeploy troops and withdraw them from endless quagmires? Check.
It's all garbage.
The main thing is Congress put in something that says that Trump can’t invoke the Insurrection Act without their permission.
Did he know this?
The biggest problem I have with the NDAA - and I've only read a small portion because it's massive like the Omnibus - is they're cutting ICE budgets to the bone, especially on the borders.
aaaand it's overridden.
Man what 2k dollar gun should I buy
Nipples protruding. Probably due to the gun.

Buy reloading supplies. Everyone who doesn’t do it sees it as a chore but it’s really a hobby on its own.
Very good advice, but where teh FUCC are all the primers?!
I would do this if I had a decent place to shoot here in TX. There's a few ranges here and there but I don't like the constraints that come with ranges. Wish I had some land where I could burn up some ammo.
Truth hurts..lol
Never bought a skid.. have to look into it

At the federal level, 80% receivers with unmilled fire-control cavities aren't considered firearms by the ATF. Creating a functional receiver from a 0% billet would be a lot of work without a CNC.
3d printer. 3d printed lowers are really getting there (and are already there for glocks). Otherwise you'll need a cnc machine.
Ammo
Oh boy enjoy this $2000 boys because it'll be worth $500 soon™
Maybe buy a crap ton of gold
That'll buy just under an ounce, which is far short of a crap ton. I think it goes: ton, crap ton, shit ton, metric crapload, metric assload, metric shitload, fuck-ton.
Obviously this man is a professional. Screencap this
Well now I will, obviously
I think we need to take back shit ton from metric shit ton. Who decided the metric version of shit measurement is bigger than the correct version? CCP propaganda to make oir shit feel inferior to metric shit.
Good observation, pede. I shall definitely correct my usage in the future. It seems to have taken off shortly after Obama came on the scene, but it looks like under GEOTUS we have started to flatten the curve: https://books.google.com/ngrams/graph?content=metric+shit-ton&year_start=2000&year_end=2019&corpus=26&smoothing=3
Wow that's amazing. I think we're onto something
Should definitely re-post it with a "BREAKING", a "GET IN HERE PEDES" and a few 🚨🚨🚨 emoji.

Oooo copper good call - I haven't invested in a thing cause I just haven't had the means but copper is a solid call
Lol I know but like... Copper sounds like a solid call
Then again - I haven't invested in anything before so I'm kind of a retard
I am afraid to inform you, but you can't buy a whole hell of a lot of gold. I mean, I honestly do not see gold actually going too much higher in the future. In August of 1999 gold was $8,147.96 USD/kg and today it is nearly 8 times that at $60,691.61 USD/kg
Not saying it won't keep climbing, but I fear many gold investors are new investors either preparing for a commie cornpop term or for the crazy devastating war that is about to ensue.
Buy silver! You can get more for your money. I'm not 100% positive, but I also see silver going up more than gold (percentage wise).
It's also not likely to drop a lot, since silver is still somewhat rare, and has it's uses in electronics/etc.
Stop telling people these things I want to buy silver at $8 an ounce again.
Remember the guy who spent 10000 BTC on two Papa Johns pizzas?
Crippling Regret Farms remembers.
Yeah but Bitcoin wasn’t at $400 per coin in March
Gold is too manipulated by the big players.
Bitcoin is harder to manipulate hence why it keeps going up.
281-330-8004
Not like I need to hold Bitcoin forever. I can sell at $100,000 or higher after it pumps off FOMO and then move on to something else.
Gold or silver. If anyone's looking to diversify take a good look at silver mining stocks like AG. Do your research of course.
Are you shipped bullion or not? What is the point of investing in precious metals otherwise?
I'm buying bitcoin
Did that 2.000 Stimulus include a bunch of Pork or was it just the Stimulus?
I think the thing that got passed was just 2000 to Americans, no pork.
The pork must now be seperately voted on
The second bill if unchanged is $600+all pork. The first bill was $2000 standalone. So I guess if this thing passes, it's $2600+all the pork.Someone below said it was an amendment $600->$2000.
So it will be $2000+pork.
Could be a last cash grab
I feel the same. I commented on here a while ago that one way or another, this is the endgame, and I've only become more certain of that since.
Ever since jfk was killed was the beginning.
Obviously not like I agreed with him on everything, he was pretty nepotistic and cronyist among worse things but at the same time he was a threat to the powers that be. Same with his brother. So they had to gotten rid of.
So that means insurrection act is out?
This bill did not alter, modify, or overturn anything about the Insurrection Act.
Are they insane.
Why, Trump wanted it to be 2000 per person and nothing else.
It wasn't for "everyone" last time and it won't be this time. It's free money if you make below a certain amount, and for people like me you get nothing as always.
2k for each adult and 600 for each kid. An actual stimulus for a family of 4.
Tomorrow supposedly
It’s not everyone, I don’t get anything. If we are doing this it should go to all taxpayers, but it doesn’t. So were the Ones over here paying for this.
But if it doesn’t get voted on separately it automatically becomes law in 45 days
Trump signed it but invoked a special "rescission" act that is very similar to a line-item veto for the foreign spending, forcing votes for each part...
Is there anywhere to see on if they voted on all the pork Trump red-lined? Be a nice redpill to see who voted on some of the pork Edit: my misunderstanding, this is not the porkulus bill, but standalone 2k payments.
It hasn't been announced that Trump has formally filed his recission request, and neither house has voted on a recission bill, which the step after that.
I'm sure there is only I don't know where to find it.
I believe the way it worked is trump sends those rifles back as recommendations and if they don't do anything then nothing gets removed. Trump signed off on it. Not on 1% of it.
It's a straight vote. Yes on all or no on all.
Can trump veto any of the line items if they don’t get a super majority or are they unvetoable at this point?
Line item veto is no longer allowed.
He didn't use line item veto, it's literally in his Whitehouse announcement. It's the impoundment act that gives him the authority to do so for budget bills.
Yes, I was answering the question on whether he can veto the line items
No. Simple majority is all that's needed.
So he didn't stop it. Just slowed it down a little. Fun
Some people will never understand how the Republic actually works.
It doesn't even need a civics class. People just need to stop being so fucking lazy and figure out how it works. It's not hard to do on your own.
Instant gratification ruined countless people.
The President can pocket veto any bill passed less than 10 days before Congress goes into recess, which the COVID relief bill was.
How exactly are they going to lose the house if elections are rigged?
THIS. THIS THIS THIS THIS THIS.
If you don't fix your elections then you have less than nothing.
but they lost most the house this time? It's not going to work again dude, we caught them red handed. The dominion company is probably going bankrupt with all the bad PR. We have the donald, we have parler, there's an anti pc revolution, there's a religious revival. We only lost due to foresight. I mean how much did we even talk about voting machines before this? I didn't see a single person calling for inspections of all voting machines.
Where are you seeing signs of this? I've been praying for it, but I would love to see more evidence.
Well first of all people like us bro. We're the biggest right leaning forum on earth. We're larger than 4chan in the usa. There's been a few articles like this one.
https://religionnews.com/2020/12/29/survey-uk-teens-are-more-likely-than-millennials-to-believe-in-god/
As if anyone has a memory longer than 4 days.
People hate a lot of shit and voted accordingly. Too bad elections are rigged and these people's votes were useless. It's looking like one option remains.
Yep. After this he'll put out another VERY popular video saying what he did and what their response was.
Read this:
https://www.hsdl.org/?view&did=715145
So, this isn't that obscure a process as the MSM make it out to be.
Who cares at this point, it all ends in war in a few weeks anyway.
Will it though?
Hopefully.
Haha. Okay, bud. Sure.
And after you win your holy war, then what?
You don't think too far ahead do you?
It is a bare $2000 stimulus bill, nothing else
Good. That’s all it ever should have been. The rest is a waste of money and time. Our taxpayer dollars belong to us, not foreign interests.
Seems like they only passed the 2000 dollars. The pork will be voted on later. Not sure about this though so don't quote me on it
2/3 of Republicans voted to override the president.
Uniparty ready to be done with Trump and get back to the gravy train of raping the American people.
Looking to make up for lost time, too.
The line between Dem and Rep keep blurring every day.
It was never blurry, it was a mirage.
Congress and the house has failed. And are treasonous
Eradicate all their lineage with them.
And the mother fuckers that brainwash innocent American youth - the "educators"
So has the scotus
I will admit I wasn’t very happy last night when i heard Trump signed that shit bill. But again it turns out President Trump was right.
They had a veto proof majority via house & senate anyway.
Trump made the best move he was able.
No he didn't. A pocket veto kills the bill and prevents its return to Congress, meaning it can't be overriden.
Trump got terrible advice and signed a shit sandwich.
He cannot pocket veto this shit
Why couldn't he pocket veto it? The bill wasn't presented to him for signing until late in the week, and Congress adjourns on January 3, so all Trump had to do was hold onto it for the alloted 10 days excluding Sundays as specific in the Constitution and he would've killed the bill in a way that would prevent Congress from overriding it.
This is basic constitutional stuff.
Same. I was dooming. Turns out he didn't have a choice. Congress was going to ram it through whether he liked it or not. Fuck all of them.
It’s ok. I get confused on here too. I need the help of our smart bill pedes to educate me. All I know are the 151 Pokémon
We will see if the rinos go with Trump. Sad when the Democraps are more in step with the nation than the Republican establishment
More voted to go against him and keep the pork than voted to give the American citizens $2k of their own money (once they make us pay them back for it in taxes)
Insurrection act now
Just throwing this out there, my fellow pedes.
Amen. Using MY TAX DOLLARS for that FUCKING NONSENSE....’Let them eat cake...’ mother FUCKER...
Tapping into my term life insurance... can’t live later if ya can’t live now,,,
3k in CASH? A week?!
You do what you have to. That's what we Americans do.
...and we are. Thanks, my pede...
I'm proud of you.
He keeps winning
Pretty sure the defense bill is the one that has a part in it to block Trump from being able to use the Insurrection Act... from that tweet all they need is a simple majority.
They cannot block him from using the IA. It’s a Presidential power.
What was that part about the IA in the bill, how would it hurt him when it passes?
They put it in there because they’re retarded. It’s a presidential power and can’t be removed with a bill, end of story.
Or like everything else this year they're trying to play perception games. "He can't do that! We made it illegal!"
Yes.
The constitution will be made ironclad, and 1st and 2nd amendments widely expanded with less restrictions
my hope
You're exactly right regarding the IA
Supposedly it was an earlier amendment some say its in the final bill, what is the truth is hard for me to know because I can't really read the whole thing and the process is so convoluted it takes a damn whole office of experts to parse the damn things.
Career politicians like it that way.
He vetoed. They're voting to overrule the veto. He has no recourse if they vote to override.
I'd like to see your source for that. If that were the case, congress' power to override a veto would be essentially meaningless.
I looked. I can't find a single source that agrees with you.
Yup, it’s the following amendment for the : https://www.congress.gov/congressional-record/2020/07/20/house-section/article/H3114-2 Section 10: Curtailing Insurrection Act Violations of Individual's Liberties.
From the spending? AFAIK, they're printing it from scratch, meaning the entire currency system is taxed as as a result.
It can very easily be cleaned up. Get a few hundred Rand Pauls in there.
This is a horrible fucking idea. Venezuela and Zimbabwe did this, are they living in prosperity of are they completely fucked? It's the latter.
Never do this.
More Republicans voted to override the veto than increase the stimulus.
And we know who every single one is.
If ur an older millennial, you literally had a front row seat to it all growing up.. very sad indeed to think back on 1990s america.
That's me homie. I've watched our culture die a horrible death. 80's, 90's, early 2000's music/movies were so good. The modern left is incapable of creative thought, which is the product (I am sure) of decades of adopting deconstructionist/post-modernist ideals.
I sure hope we can take it back in my lifetime.
They're throwing americans in a hole with a shovel and saying dig your way out
People are starting to understand that Hitler didn't force his way into power, he was welcomed into it.
It’s also making people like me, who lost his job literally because of COVID, but won’t get the stimulus, the most angry I’ve been in my life.
I'm totally not buying more 5.56 with this...why would I when I just lost a rifle to the sea?
stop buying rifles with numbers on them
At least more people can afford plane tickets to the rodeo on the 6th. I hope its wild
My friend (ehem) is having a really hard time finding those. Out of stock everywhere. Got any tips for him?
ammoseek.com pede, if i were a buyer...
10-4. I'll get that info right over, thanks.
Thanks for paying for a new rifle and ammunition. The government is passing their own undoing, they just don't know it yet
That's the spirit!!
Literally going to my gun guy on Wednesday to pick up a new rifle. He's in the middle of nowhere and has like 15 AR-15s leftover of various calibers, brands and variants. He didn't even mark them up unlike all of the asshole gun stores
I’m not gonna be able to stop this stimulus, but I am going to do the last thing they want me to do with it.
But more guns.
Hell yeah. Same here!
Amen brother! 👌👌
Tulsi Gabbard, again, is unfortunately more on our side than our own side...wtf even AOC??
What's new
Even AOC voted no on pork too...but rinos voted yes
Why would we want to defend our own country we just gave money for half a dozen other countries to defend themselves
Trump always makes good eventually. But I don't want an extra 2,000, I want the country open.
He also said he'd have his second term. And Trump ALWAYS makes good.
This
The GOP was all for the lobbyist-written porkulous bill. But they're opposed to more relief for regular Americans. This tells you where their priorities are.
R.I.P, dollar.
up goes bitcoin
My confidence in the viability of crypto-currency is low. Bitcoin's increase is due to limited availability caused by China's ban of selling cryptocurrency. China has at least 50% of all bitcoins ever created, so demand has outpaced the supply because of China's influence. Theoretically, they are artificially inflating the value of the cryptocurrency so that they can sell bitcoin in the future (when they temporarily unban selling cryptocurrency) at those inflated prices and then cause the monetary value of bitcoin to collapse.
Silver is gonna have one HELL of a run.
Looks like the greatest President ever has figured out a way to reimburse my trip to DC. Thanks!!
At least I'm not in this alone. America is now doing the same stuff as commie New Zealand.
We're all brothers in this quagmire.
Giggity
The ghettos gonna be lit. PS5 sales are going to be through the roof.
This is what happens when mediocre people attain power and ate terrified to lose it.

YAY FOR SOCIALISM!!!
Just open the bloody country and go back to normal already!
Fortunately, the wife and I have been employed the entire time. We don’t need this money. I think folks that are unemployed because of Covid should receive help, and moreover, even my wife and I over all the pork going overseas and god knows where else.
Alright well I’m buying some bitcoin before the dollar crashes lol
all these politicians will hang. corrupt mother fuckers know what they are doing.
So the only thing that changed was the 600 to 2000? Everything else is the same?
I think $2k per adult, $600 per child. This was stand alone bill.
The other vote is on the pork BS
These parties are disgusting.
wow so he actually got the stimulus as a stand alone? 4d chess amirite?
Yes because now the remaining votes aren't held hostage by "muh Covid stimulus."
Yes
get your UBI and spend your wayward freetime protesting small business to shut down because racist systemic climate gender viruses
For fuck's sake. This is getting tiring.
Does it still include the streaming shit?
now it does.
fuck no more soap2day?
i hate chuck todd. this isn't relevant to the topic, i just had to get that off my chest.
ok, for all you people out there that still think these debts matter, understand this...
Its been the globalists plan for decades . destroy the US economy
An economic collapse will be the final nail in the coffin of the US. Economic concerns are pretty much the only thing holding the Union together at this point.
Remember illegal aliens also get this money....and retroactive money?????
Non-citizens married to citizens.
Non-citizens married to citizens received money last time.
What farstriderr refers to is family members of illegal aliens getting money now. They were blocked from getting money before...
They didn't receive money last time. This bill is specifically non-citizens married to citizens residing in this country.
You're absolutely wrong. The previous relief did send money to non-citizens so long as they were legal permanent residents of the USA.
This bill includes money specifically for citizens married to UNDOCUMENTED immigrants, or mixed status families as they're defined:
If we actually get 2k. I don't want to see none of these snowflakes out running buying tvs and xboxes then when their lights and water get shut off for non payment. They wanna blame Trump going orange man's fault my shit got cut off.
Let them, goes right back into the economy
thats just covid stimulus right? not the massive pork omnibus bill?
Trump signed it but invoked a special "rescission" act that is very similar to a line-item veto for the foreign spending, forcing votes for each part.
Can still get overridden though
Now they have to have it on record saying they honestly think pakistan needs $10,000,000 of US Citizen Taxpayer funds for gender programs
Weird way of spelling nuclear weapons program.
Like the MSM will care. Or the normies will ever hear about it.
Dispense redpills to the normies harder than a peace merchant shares peace at a german christmas market
The republicans in the house overrode it. More of them voted to keep the current spending than for the stimulus.
Kind of. It puts it on hold for a few months, and let's Trump redirect the funds using emergency powers. That is, if they don't vote to push it through.
You sure about that? Cause House already voted on it today and Senate is voting tomorrow.....
All of the redlined pork has to be revoted on if they want to unlock it.
They passed the increase in cheques but they gonna end up sticking with the pork. More Rinos voted to go against Trump and keep the pork than voted to give the American citizens $2k of their own money (once they make us pay them back for it in taxes)
Financial audits for all congress' family members!
TAXATION IS THEFT. CONSTITUTION > COMMUNIST MANIFESTO
Looks like I see a new rifle in my future and probably enough left over for 1 bullet.
Don't by Chinese shit with it.
Whatever money I get will be going into my 1984 FORD Ranger... Doing a 302 swap. In other words, going into my savings account haha
Reopening the economy with new laws protecting citizens from mask tyranny from big business should have been included. I'm so tired of this crookedness.
