Yeah, imagine being over the cutoff because you made too much last year, losing everything this year. Then, you’re told to fuck off because you made too much last year.
You've reminded me how my mom joked earlier today that I should work for the IRS, because I was being picky about documentation (trying to save her money, AHEM). Kek.
Oddly enough, our own ideology works against us. We hate the idea of controlling people, going over their lives with a fine tooth comb, telling them when to jump and how high. But to the leftist? Control is all they know, they strive for these jobs, they'll take the low paying dog catcher position if it gives them a tick of power, all the while knowing if they just put their time in, (while producing zero results) they'll move up to bigger more powerful positions. These jobs / positions you can't get fired from and you get to control people are tailor fucking made for them. This is why they control the system, because they like it and actually apply for those jobs. Since we despise that shit, we end up getting dictated to.
It's too late now, the time to get into these posts was 50 years ago. Now it's time to simply blow up the system and replace it with nothing. I don't need Housing and Urban this that and thee other, and I'm willing to bet most Americans, when left to their own devices, won't either.
Yep! And I love how it's based on 2019 yet it's nearly 2021 and my household lost income this year due to covid and added a new child. But come take those taxes, America!
It's actually a refundable tax credit we are receiving in advance, so if you qualify based on your current financial situation, but didn't based on what info they had for 2019-- you will be able to get this money when you do your 2020 taxes in a few weeks. This goes for the CARES act funds from months ago and this new CASH act fundage.
Taxation is theft. Do all you can to keep your hard earned dollars. The government is incapable of managing your money in a manner that you approve of. Close the flood gates.

...I did not like the comparison. ಠ╭╮ಠ
Especially in these most revolutionary of times!!

Yes, fair enough, thank you. I am just generically complaining about the covid nightmare we're in.
Complaining is 100% understandable, fren. Congratulations on the new midget :)
Good to know that the "public servants" care about their people...

I'm sensing a tax revolt occurring in 2021. The IRS is gonna have to add a LOT of people to their "potentially dangerous taxpayers" list
