I scanned over quickly. I have no judicial background but it looks like this is the case. Somebody needs to explain this to a Layman.

Gomers is the one I don't trust.

Mike Pence isn't going to

betray Trump

Mike Pence would become the most hated man in America And would never hold office again. Change my mind.

If Pence doesn't want to ruin his future chance for President he has to do the right thing. Trump is not conceding so I have faith.

If Mike Pence does the right thing, and if the election fraud is cleaned up in Trumps 2nd term, Pence will win easily on 2024. If Pence does wrong thing his political career is over. Trump has forever changed the GOP and Pence would be the ultimate Judas. Pence has nothing to lose and everything to gain by doing the right thing. And yet I still don't trust him. I think the chance of him rejecting electors is about the same as flipping a coin and getting heads 3 times in a row. I'm not optimistic. I hope I'm wrong but literally everyone around Trump has betrayed him.

I thinks its more of a procedural move so pence can throw up his hands and go oh well guess I HaVe tOo throw out the unverifiable results instead of him throwing them out on his own and facing huge backlash from the NPC's

I see it that Pence, AS OFFICIAL VP, is the party that needs to be sued, to get a declaration that he cannot follow the Electors Act (I forgot the precise name of the law) and that he has the power under the Constitution to reject electors. Just because he was named as defendant, doesn't mean he is against that result. Indeed, it will be interesting to see what his legal filing (Answer) is to the lawsuit - he may not even contest it - but rest assured other people will file friends of the court briefs or seek to intervene to contest it.

It does NOT mean he doesn't trust Pence. Read the filing and understand what's going on before panicking.

No judge needed. It’s already the law. Fuck Gohmert for trying to get the judiicial branch to interfere between the executive and legislative.
