I live in the Midwest and the last year or so I noticed that my car is dirty after it rains. It struck me as odd but I just chalked it up as dust kicked up somewhere south and it came down here. Probably nothing but could it be something else.

Try and burn snow with a lighter. It should melt but sometimes it doesn’t and smells like plastic when it burns. This is a Midwest thing as well.
