That case upheld "states rights" to make vaccinations mandatory except in limited cases where a person's health condition could put them at more risk, which would have to be established by the courts. The case did not rule on anything regarding the federal government's authority to force vaccinations. States like Idaho actually have Constitutional provisions preventing government intrusion into healthcare & educational decisions made by parents for their children.

I'm not saying mandatory vacc won't ever ne a thing, but the federal government doesn't have the Constitutional authority & many states have not only refused to remove exemptions, but have actually added state Constitutional protections to prevent their own state from making them compulsory. My point is, there are significant hurdles to overcome before they can become mandatory across the board, due to our well thought out system of government.
