Most people wouldn't know that. Someone had to have mentioned that to the officers which leads me to believe that this may have been anticipated or they had a hell of a lot of time to be dealing with this before the explosion took place. Still think it was the feds.

I'm thinking since 9/11, that most big city police forces are aware of potential terror targets in their area.
