If someone dies falling off a ladder and their death is listed as Covid related then that is flat out fraud.

Why do you think the symptoms list keeps growing? It’s all inclusive at this point.

Is this why the mantra of it hitting the minorities and lower class keeps getting pushed. Then you can justify all the payments to the hospitals.

Yes! The government has severe penalties for Medicare / Medicaid fraud, waste and abuse. False Claims Act US Code 3729 is one law.

Not only will the government retrieve the money, it imposes penalties of triple the fraudulent payment, PLUS additional penalties per incident, PLUS exclusion from Medicare programs and possible jail time.

There's also a 10 - 15% bounty of the collected monies awarded to whistle blowers who report Medicare fraud. There are also whistle blower protection laws in place.

Anyone who reports possible fraud in good faith is protected by whistle blower protection laws.

So if anyone has a good suspicion of deliberate misreporting by a hospital, you know what to do.

how about packing the hospitals by testing every damn person that comes in even if you are asymptomatic. If you pop positive you get inpatient for 3 days, get treated and they kick you out. Insurance pays $2800 per case right now!!!!!! Sure the hospitals are packed b/c they are trying to make up for the shit storm that was the spring. Hospitals make their money (usually ) off of elective procedures. Such as colonoscopies, MRIs, CTs, ect and all of that was considered unnecessary and not allowed so for months the hospitals lost their ass. They are making up time now. The numbers are bull shit

You want to see if the whole COVID-19 thing is a scan? Remove the financial incentive for hospitals to report everything as COVID. Though I am not a betting man, I would bet real money that COVID numbers would drop drastically if they cancelled the extra money.

That would be a solution....if the government wan't trying to INCENTIVIZE WuFlu diagnosis.

It's not insurance fraud if the 20% bump from Medicare is processed by Dominion software, which was developed for the sole purpose of preventing fraud like this.

Not only insurance fraud. Fraud against the US government. Which We The People fund!

Well CoVid is powerful ...

... maybe CoVid caused the person to fall of the ladder

... it is all covid’s fault — just blame CoVid

Now, prove they don't have it!

When the test for COVID-19 was developed, samples of the COVID-19 virus were not available.

See page 42 of the instructions for use of the test from the CDC website:

Using an inaccurate diagnosis is insurance fraud. Serve hospitals right if insurance companies started auditing them. Prob retroactive for several years.

Breathing air is included in the symptom list now.

Friend’s daughter was hospitalized recently for anorexia. They routinely tested her for Covid and of course she showed up positive… Asymptomatic though. And they coded the whole thing Covid anyway.
