If you've watched him speech since he "won," it is clear as day every public speech is a attempt at word for word reading off a prompter. He walks up with a note book, opens it, and stares straight ahead the entire time never looking down, left or right until he finishes his speech.

If Trump didn't win and was trying to seize power, and everyone believed that Joe really did win, using a word like "irresponsible" is the weakest thing you could do. The term he should be using is "treasonous" in that, in the scenario I described, it would be treasonous for Trump to deny the incoming administration this vital information.
