The lawsuit is not intended to succeed; it is intended to be a message. Articles of Independence (I believe) are already being drafted. Imagine the states that filed Amicus Briefs with Texas following and ultimately joining Texas. Then all we need Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba to have a country running from the Northern Slopes of Alaska to the Florida Keys.
