No. There have been rare instances. Some African tribe tried to gift us goats after 9/11. I believe a few countries offered assistance after Katrina. I'm sure there are a few other instances but it's almost always after a disaster and not just an ongoing thing. We have some international collaborators with NASA but they are getting perks for it too.

EDIT: Oh, I forgot. Technically Japan, Poland, and Germany pay in part for our military facilities in their countries.

I just noticed fliers at a hotel I work at sometimes, asking people to donate money and clothes to Haiti for "the 9th (or 10th idk) anniversary of the Haiti disaster." Ok so a hurricane hits them 9 years ago and we're still taking care of these people? Hurricanes have been devastating Haiti since before slaves were brought there. It's a beautiful place to live but there's hurricanes. They all live in shacks and in squalor and it looked like shit before the hurricane and it will continue to look like shit after the hurricane. All of these relief programs are a fucking scam.

Well, it's been a shithole since, like most countries, when the white people stopped running it.
