Poland is so degenerated itself it doesnt need anyone help to be in a decline. Maybe regarding some things it stay conservative, but it is sinking deep into socialist shithole again. current gov has woken the old 'servant syndrome' and peopel started to ask to givee them instead of not taking from their pockets. We have >45perc taxation, our govt is rising taxes now in CVID times. Killing mostly small/med business.
Fact is, this is a good deal for Poland as it prevents the Russia operation just a little bit. So its better to pay for something more than just a declaration, we been there on WWII. Btw, Poland is going very western way since 90's.
