I agree with the Bible in that men should not lay with other men as they would a woman. I am a strong believer in judging the sin not the sinner. Lord knows I sin. Still, that being said I don't think sin should be broadcast loud and proud. I don't think we should have "Divorce Pride" parades or "Thief Pride" parades as these are also sinful actions that we shouldn't celebrate in society. I get it, you don't believe in Jesus. However, I also believe if we aren't a Christian nation we are doomed to go the route of Sodom and Gomorrah- as we can already see our country going down that path now. So, all this being said, if you're gay, I don't judge you, but I want to live in a nation where you keep it to yourself and it isn't plastered on every street corner and movie.

Heh. Even I grew up going to Catholic school and never heard the argument against homosexuality. The entire culture (Hollywood playing a role) made Christians into "zealots" and it was the cool thing to think they were backwards 'Flat Earther' level people.
This is generally my view too. I don’t agree with it, it’s a sin and I’m not going to pretend otherwise. However, I do have a lot of sympathy for homosexuals. I know many wouldn’t want my sympathy and feel proud of their sexuality but the truth is, looking at the high rate of mental health issues they suffer in comparison to heterosexuals, they will rarely or never find true contentment. I believe it’s the lack of feminine/masculine presence to complement their own energy, that yin & yang type of thing. They always seem to end up in a hedonistic lifestyle too. I really do feel sorry for them, because they’re doomed to a harsher suffering than most of us, a constant inner turmoil regardless of what they do. They need our help, but they must drop this sense of pride that blinds them from the reality of their situation.
I heard a woman give testimony at a Stop The Steal rally that she lived as a lesbian for 27yrs before someone shared the gospel with her. She was eventually saved and repented from her trans/lesbian lifestyle. She said God healed her.
That’s amazing. Nearly 30 years and it was still possible to change. It’s probably why they’re so against conversion therapy. Exposure to the gospel can actually work.
