No matter what project, endeavor, plan, etc.., Someone has to authorize the expenditure to release the funds to fund the project. Someone has to give the go ahead to proceed. This person gave the go ahead to authorize the fraud and deception to override the legal selection by the people of who we wanted to lead our country for the next four years. This person is a scoundrel of unprecedented infamy. The identity of this person will only be made known when the lower echelons of this conspiracy are arrested and interrogated. This will only be made possible when patriots refuse to accept the garbage being put into the narrative fed to us on a daily basis by the MSM.
