Obviously they have video of the first 3 hours. Obviously they have video of the first 3 hours. The RV arriving, if the dude got out, the gunshots.. why we haven't we seen that?
They have released some video, I believe from a nearby business showing the RV driving down the street and being parked there. Another video from business does show the explosion, well the RV then bright white flash of light.
