How can neighbors claim to "Hear chilling words from Anthony Warner DAYS BEFORE when he didn't even live there and sold the house exactly ONE MONTH BEFORE?
He filed a Quit Claim Deed on his home one month before. I know this might come as a fucking shock to you, but he still physically was occupying the home. It's almost as if he was doing something shady.
