Dude. You are wrong. Through first-hand every day occupational experience, I can tell you AT&T works in this business space every day of the week.
AT&T is a major Cybersecurity contractor for the us gov and numerous states. The even have the contract to help secure the state of Tx voting system.
As a former AT&T customer, I can certainly see someone being angry enough to blow their shit up just outta GP.
