I suspect the bomber probably had some cameras in that RV so he will not take out people in the process. I suspect his goal is to take out the AT&T building, which was likely completely empty of people at the time of the explosion.
So the guy was in the RV and there’s nobody trying to address that? Or where was he that he was blown up for them find human remains.
I guess I don’t get it. They walk past the van right before it explodes and there’s no fire trucks or apparently any bomb squad in the area. Was the guy literally in the van when they walk by? Did they go look inside the van at any point?
I have not heard any official report if the bomber was in the RV and blew himself up, or if there was a remote donation system where they could’ve been a block or two away on their phone watching cameras deciding when to make it go boom.
Wouldn’t he have to have been really close to the van/area to be the only one killed in the blast? Those cops were even really close and they were fine.
The explosion was 'big', sure, but honestly this was basically a poorly-made firecracker compared to legit VBIEDs that some Syrians could wire together.

A good carbomb can topple a building.
