Heard from an AT&T guy that the center had the infrastructure for emergency comms, military and law. Have no independent verification yet, and I would want to believe there's redundancy in these things, but with the way gov't and tech are, who knows.

Also, FWIW, DNA tests take longer than that, especially when they have no idea what they're looking for - and nothing to match it to.
