Those cops talking about the bomb were not "in on it"

Holy shit, listen to yourselves.

You don't recruit cops to be part of your plan, only to have them stroll by the bomb seconds before it explodes! And you don't release the body cam footage of your "assets" walking by the bomb!

The reactions on the radio that concern me are the female cops. They shouldn't have been there. Yelling and screeching. Good God.

The only weird part is the broadcasting voice warning everyone to evacuate. Very well done. Where did it come from?
