You might try searching VAERS dbases, but I believe you need the codes to check for specific incidents. I would have to re-familiarize myself with the VAERS system, but you can search it using CDC's WONDER information.
That is the place where many things can be found, and you should be able to find the code numbers needed somewhere. There are a ton of help files there, but like most government websites it takes some study to figure out. Not nearly as bad as some, worse than the typical consumer side of things.
