I remember those massive multi-floor hotels around Crystal City, and Northern Virginia is very large so there are tons of traditional highway-oriented chain hotels there.

Any status on whether MARC or VRE trains will be running? Certainly D.C. government liberals have no power over them, right? There are other options besides WMATA, especially Amtrak.

Ok no offense....but we are acting pretty fucking soft. People on here posting where port a pottys will be at, spots to eat etc...The fucking Continental army crossed the Delaware without shoes but the only Continental we be bringing up is which hotel has a continental breakfast

The continental army did that because they had no other choice. You bet they'd rather not get frostbite in frozen tents.

What matters is that people show up, period. And if you can afford a comfortable stay, it's logical to want those ammenities.

Not even just the frostbite and food concerns, I wouldn't recommend anyone sleep on the streets of D.C. with Antifa/BLM likely roaming at night. Whether in a car or tent or whatever. Especially if you can afford to avoid taking that kind of risk. There's no telling what shit they might pull if they find a Trump supporter sleeping in their vehicle.

Getting a place where you have at least a couple walls and security separating you from the lefty thugs seems pretty sensible to me.

Trump supporters shouldn't be out there on their own. If they start anything, there should be at least 5-10 of you to fight back.

I know where one of the port a pottys is going to be at. The front on the Hotel Harrington.

I can street it anywhere, any time. Learned how to when I was actually homeless.

It's useful not to be afraid of stepping outside convention. It's really not that bad as long as you're intelligent about it.

Isn’t the goal critical mass? Whatever gets the bodies there is good; If it takes porta-potty, I don’t have a problem with that at all. And why be unprepared? “Because 1776!”? Come on man

it doesn't matter if there are nearby alternatives, it's entirely appropriate to name and shame a dc hotel if you happened to book in dc and they decide to close down.

Crystal City for starters. Also Alexandria near the King Street Metro stop. There's also a cluster of motels/hotels on Route 1, within easy walking distance (as long as you're not morbidly obese) of the Huntington Metro Station in VA. I think two are still places for working girls though. Probably Arlington, too, near a few Metro stops, but that area is even more infested with insane communists than Alexandria.

I don't know about MARC, but the VRE is most definitely controlled by leftists, a committee drawn from local county (communist-controlled) governments. Whether or not they dictate daily operations, I don't know.

Take it from a Virginia resident: don't set foot in Maryland, especially not the part near DC. Nothing good will come of it.

These states are so small. Plan ahead stay in another state and roll out early. Not a big deal. Hotels booked up is a good sign. I'm not going but when I lived in PA I would totally be there. God Bless all you bastards.

TurdSammich 3 points ago +3 / -0

Thought they planned on shutting the subway down that day

Fordheartskav 2 points ago +2 / -0

oh god had no idea. fucking tards. but still a good option for hotels. Bethesda is a little less tucked than dc
